Position Overview The Senior Contracts Manager leads contracting activities for government and commercial customers with a focus on regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and standardization across the contract lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing contracts from request for proposal (RFP) through award, administration, and closeout while ensuring compliance with state and local procurement regulations, including municipal and agency-specific requirements. The role also drives improvements in contract processes through the use of technology, automation, and standardized playbooks.
