What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in government, commercial, or international contract formation and execution, Solid domain expertise in commercial terms and conditions and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), with emphasis on Part 12 (Commercial Items) and Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation), plus applicable DoD supplements (DFARS), oral and written communication interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills, Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead cross-functional teams, Willingness to travel periodically
Nice to Have
Small team leadership and/or formal mentorship experience, Ability to obtain a security clearance, Established project management skills
What You'll Do.
Provide direct contracts support for multiple contracts
Assess and disposition commercial terms and conditions
Interpret FAR/DFARS requirements
Lead contract activities from solicitation review
Manage contract changes
Administer claims/disputes
