Competent execution within a standard B2B playbook is not enough here, Distribution instinct: you think about who reads what and how to get content in front of the right people, not just how to produce it, Data orientation: you look at performance numbers and draw recommendations from them, not just observations, Operational reliability: you close loops, update statuses, and keep the machine moving without needing to be chased, Ability to simplify complexity: tem is a technically dense product in a market where trust is the real thing being sold. You can take something unfamiliar and make it feel clear and credible without dumbing it down

Own distribution strategy for major content moments: format

Bring data to support distribution recommendations

Pull and review weekly distribution metrics
