About the Role Abnormal AI is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our Content Marketing team and help scale how content is planned, coordinated, and executed across the organization. This role owns core content operations and editorial processes, ensuring that content and messaging show up consistently, are high-quality, and are aligned across a wide range of outputs. This role sits at the center of how content flows through the team. You will manage the content calendar, oversee intake and prioritization, and ensure that work moves from idea → asset → activation efficiently. Requests may range from high-visibility campaign assets and strategic reports to short-form copy for events, sales materials, and in-market activations. You will also play a key role in shaping how content is developed and scaled using AI-enabled workflows — helping the team move faster, reuse more effectively, and reduce reliance on manual, from-scratch creation.
