About the role As a Senior Content Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design UX text and content for our digital experiences to help users navigate our products. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centric in-app or web microcopy for onboarding, feature naming, checkout flows, promotions, error messages, instructional materials, and more. You'll also contribute to our growing AI support and conversational experiences — writing and refining system prompts, designing conversation flows, and shaping the voice of AI-powered touchpoints alongside our support engineering team. Your success in this role depends on your ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders from diverse domains and functional backgrounds to influence their strategies and decision-making processes. Location: This role is based in Tallinn, with relocation support available. We may also consider exceptional candidates based in Berlin or Warsaw, where parts of our Platform and Support engineering teams are located.
