We're looking for an experienced content designer to join our Inventives team. By crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly copy — across both traditional UI and AI-powered experiences — you'll help to ensure that every bit of content and information contributes to a seamless and enjoyable experience for the millions of people who use our products. This role is based in Tallinn, with relocation support available. We may also consider exceptional candidates based in Berlin, where parts of our Incentives and Bolt Plus teams are located. About the role As a Senior Content Designer, your primary scope will be to design UX text and content for our digital experiences to help users navigate our products. You’ll be working together with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centric in-app or web microcopy for onboarding, feature naming, checkout flows, promotions, error messages, instructional materials, and more. You'll also contribute to our growing AI support and conversational experiences — writing and refining system prompts, designing conversation flows, and shaping the voice of AI-powered touchpoints alongside our support engineering team.
