What You'll Achieve.
identify, inspect, and evaluate trees and brush along utility lines; submitting inspection results to clients with recommendations; plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of assigned tree clearance crews; ensure compliance with work request forms and approved tree trimming; Comply with all regulatory requirements and client vegetation management standards

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associates Degree in Forestry or Horticulture, 1 year experience on a VM system, four years of related utility experience, ISA certification, TDA Pesticide Applicator’s License, 21 years of age or older, valid driver’s license, clean driving record
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry or Horticulture, Certification for ISA Utility Specialist
What You'll Do.
Supervise a Team of Consulting Utility Foresters
Plan and organize daily routes
Run audits on team performance
Report monthly production data
Inspect trees along utility lines
Submit inspection results to clients
Map circuits using client continuity lists
Enter tree trimming prescriptions
Manage issuance of work
Perform outage investigations
Negotiate line-clearance crew access
Lead in storm restoration efforts
Manage customer requests
Audit tree trimming work
Determine when next tree trimming is required
Complete post audit forms
Obtain permits from public agencies
Comply with regulatory requirements
Adhere to attendance requirements
Conduct work in a safety-conscious manner
Wear safety-related equipment

Act as the liaison between CUFs and Operation Managers; Assist operations manager with weekly Teams meetings; Work closely with co-manager on reporting, auditing; Serve as a liaison between clients, tree crews, and client customers; Maintain working relationships with local client personnel; Maintain working relationships with governmental agencies
