Come be a part of our journey! We are expanding our Support Services team at ClickHouse, which delivers exceptional service to our customers worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Consulting Engineer to join our global team, where you'll provide Consultative Support to our ClickHouse enterprise customers. The role uniquely blends hands-on engineering, development assistance, and high-tier support, performing functions across Consultative Support, Engineering, and Support. You will work directly with a set of strategic customers, providing guidance, case answers, and technical oversight. Consulting Engineers will also be assisting with support cases for customers in our Support L1 to L3 tiers, particularly when not assigned to larger projects. Responsibilities: Project Engineering & Consulting (50%): Serve as a team member on customer projects, focusing on design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation. This includes research, benchmarking, performance and functional testing, reference architectures, sizing, migration, integration, development, and tooling. Consultative Support (50%): Provide case-initiated consultative support to strategic users, customers, and prospects, assisting wi
