What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 year experience in strategy development, revenue optimisation, cost-out, margin improvement, working capital optimisation, business transformation design, proven experience of delivering strategy and value creation services in similar consulting or advisory teams, rapid growth mindset, inquisitive, committed to growing yourself, providing feedback to others, practicing behaviours of self-awareness and continuous development, Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills relevant to an M&A professional, An ability to take initiative, challenge the status quo, provide insight and clarity to help our clients solve their most complex problems, all-round business understanding including the M&A and business turnaround environment, The capability to maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct
Nice to Have
Recent and relevant strategy, value creation or business transformation experience in and out-side of the deal, delivering: Growth strategy, Cost-out program design and execution, Synergy identification and assessment, Carve out value optimisation support, Commercial and/or operational due diligence, Post deal business transformation design and execution.
