Must Have
Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management within technology- or ERP-driven transformation projects (ideally SAP), with a focus on user adoption., Experience in the conception and operational use of Digital Adoption Platforms (e. g. , SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), including responsibility for productive in-app guidance content., Participation in at least one end‑to‑end enablement or adoption initiative, from change concept through rollout to evaluation of adoption KPIs., Practical experience in LMS/LXP environments, including course structures, learning paths, assignments, and reporting (e. g. , SuccessFactors Learning)., Very good German and English skills.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and instructional design, combined with a pragmatic, implementation-oriented mindset., Communication skills, empathy, and confidence in stakeholder management., Interest in modern enablement and learning approaches, including AI‑supported concepts, UX, and accessibility (WCAG).
