What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years functional implementation experience in Payroll software, 3+ years Consulting experience, Workday Deployment Experience, Ability to travel up to 50%

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree preferred, Workday consulting background is a plus, Experience with multiple HCM, payroll and/or financial applications a plus

What You'll Do.

Become expert in Workday Payroll product suite

Provide FSI and PS industry perspective

Ensure FSI and PS best practices are maintained

Understand client business requirements

Configure the Workday solution

Demonstrate configurations through prototype systems

Assist client in testing Workday solution

Serve as mentor for new Payroll Consultants

Ensure client takes advantage of Workday best practices

Ensure client is referenceable

Participate in update training

Share product skills with other consultants
