What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in mobile application development, hands-on experience in React Native, JavaScript programming, design patterns, writing modular, reusable, object-oriented and functional JavaScript code, JavaScript packaging tools, TypeScript, design systems, atomic design, micro frontends, progressive web apps, backend for frontend, developing modular web components using the latest HTML, CSS and JavaScript standards, proficient understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues and ways to work around them, understanding of HTTP, multi-tiered web architectures and the latest web standards including web accessibility, created responsive, mobile-first experiences using complex CSS layouts and best practices, user experience and web design principles into your applications, Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban, TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches/tools

presence in the external tech community, willingly share your expertise with others via speaking engagements, contributions to open source, blogs and more

You will leverage deep technical knowledge to solve complex business problems and proactively assess your team’s health, code quality and nonfunctional pipelines. Senior Frontend Developers are the main drivers and champions of those practices in delivery teams, exemplifying and demonstrating what “good” looks like from a Thoughtworks engineering perspective.
