Master's degree, at least 2 years of experience conducting applied research projects, systematic, analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented, MS Excel, at least one data processing program (e.g. STATA, R), excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English, Ability to work in the office in Tallinn or Tartu 3 days/week

Experience in project management, proficiency in qualitative methods, communication-level proficiency in Russian
