Experience in writing policy documents, Experience in conducting and applying research, Experience in providing feedback and recommendations to executives, Solid relationship management skills, Negotiation skills, Interpreting and implementing regulatory regimes, Expert understanding of applicable AML/ATF laws and regulations, Understanding of how regulatory requirements are implemented in business lines

CAMS designation, CFCS designation

What You'll Do.

Researching EAML policies

Consulting with stakeholders on EAML policies

Authoring EAML policies

supplements and standards globally

Understanding industry standards and best practice at peer institutions

Preparing briefings on key events and emerging risks

Assessing the impact of changes internally and externally on Policy documents

Developing AML/ATF policies

Participating in working group discussions

Crafting policy language

Staying on top of developments in the AML/ATF world

Applying AML/ATF knowledge

Building business relationships with stakeholders

Leveraging effective communication

Leveraging relationship management skills

Leveraging negotiation skills

Driving effectiveness of policy documents

Providing input and advice to senior management for best compliance and risk management solutions
