Role Purpose We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) AMS. The role requires a technically strong and proactive professional who understands the DevOps-oriented responsibilities within the integration domain and can effectively contribute to the development, enhancement, monitoring, and support of the Boomi integration platform. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling integration development, production support, incident analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of integration services while working closely with business stakeholders and internal IT teams. Key Responsibilities * Provide end-to-end support and development for enterprise integrations on the Boomi platform. * Design, develop, enhance, and maintain integration solutions based on business and technical requirements. * Take ownership of application support, enhancements, and operational stability of integrations across environments. * Develop and improve observability and monitoring dashboards to strengthen operational support and issue detection. * Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using tools such as ServiceNow and coordinate timely resolution. * Participate in critical incident resolution and ensure clear communication with relevant stakeholders during high-impact issues. * Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement corrective or preventive improvements to reduce repeat issues and improve efficiency. * Work on the full integration lifecycle , includin
