Bachelor's degree in engineering, energy, economics, public policy, data science, or related field., 5+ years of relevant experience in energy consulting/utility programs including DSM program design, DER planning/integration, regulatory support, or program implementation analytics., Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice to Have

Master’s degree (MA/MS/MEng) in a related field., Excellent writing and client-facing communication skills., Hands-on experience with analytical tools, including excel and coding-based analytics tools (python and R-based) or equivalent utility analytics proficiency with Excel and at least one of SQL/Python/R plus Power BI or similar BI tooling., Familiarity with DER technologies (heat pumps, water heating, storage, EV/managed charging, DR enablement), valuation (NPV/IRR, ISO market mechanisms), and utility cost–effectiveness; experience engaging with regulators and stakeholders., Experience building program design artifacts (logic models, savings algorithms, segmentation/targeting) and working knowledge of cost-effectiveness tests (e. g. , TRC, UCT)., Demonstrated project and resource experience in proposal development and client relationship support.
