What They're Looking For.
Must Have
knowledge of core banking platforms (e. g. Flexcube, Temenos T24, Profile, OBS) and their underlying architectures, Proven experience delivering advisory services to financial institutions in the area of core banking and transactional systems, Ability to analyze end-to-end banking processes and translate business requirements into system and solution designs, Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to core banking environments, Experience with integration of core banking platforms with digital channels, CRM, BI, and external third-party systems, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
