Bachelor's degree required, 8-10 years HR experience, at the management level or above or proven experience as an HR Consultant, Demonstrated theoretical and practical knowledge of HR and Compliance, Experience with a variety of clients- size, industry, Experience with Multiple Payroll/HRIS systems
