About Alpha Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha FMC) is the leading global consultancy to the Asset or helping to drive projects and produce deliverables for smaller projects alongside a small team of other Alpha resources. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions for a range of issues facing Asset and Wealth Managers. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyze data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business challenge. You’ll be playing a proactive leadership role in driving our programs forward and engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to solve their business challenges. As a Manager, you will be responsible for: Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and objectives and develop tailored solutions to address them. Develop a deep understanding of the industry and the eco system, and contribute to all aspects of implementation projects Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and delivering value-added insights and recommendations. Act as a business analyst, working closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges, and analyze business processes, identify pain points, and propose solutions supported by the leading applications available for the client base and help translate business needs into robust solutions. Facilitate workshops with client teams to gather requirements, discuss best practices, and align on implementation strategies. Stay informed about financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Qualifications Masters's degree in Economics, Mathematics or Finance. Experience with working in projects. Knowledge of the investment management business and processes. Minimum of two years of consulting experience working for a leading firm.
