What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, focus on complex construction projects, Proficiency in Primavera P6, Proficiency in EVM, Experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform, deliver project status reports required for large scale projects, managerial experience, stakeholder management experience, Excellent command of English, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Develops good working relationships with project team, The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions

What You'll Do.
Lead the on site scheduling team
review internal schedules
review contractor's schedules
analyse scope change impacts
analyse delay impacts
Maintain and monitor master plan schedule
Prepare and monitor tasks
Lead the development of tender requirements
Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure
Integrate various contract packages into master plan schedule
Review contractor’s submitted schedule
Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report
Monitor progress on key delivery milestones
Interact with contractor and verify project data
Develop mitigation plans
Assess contractor’s extension of time claim
Analyze critical path and constraints
Work out site logistic planning
Prepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules
