What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, 10+ years of construction management experience

Deliver infrastructure improvement projects
Develop company culture and operation
Deliver projects on time and on budget
Drive innovative problem-solving initiatives
Work with all necessary professionals and disciplines
project costing and tracking in conjunction with the owner and company leadership
and develop a team of Project Managers
Manage a portfolio of projects
ensuring each is delivered on time
and to the highest quality standards
Develop project strategies
and set priorities to achieve organizational goals
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients
Represent Avenew at industry events
and networking opportunities
Drive creative solutions to complex project challenges
leveraging technology and best practices
Oversee project estimating
and documentation in conjunction with company leadership
Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations
Present complex information clearly to internal teams
and external partners
Play a key role in developing and sustaining a positive
and high-performing organizational culture
