What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment, University Degree in an engineering or construction related field, Excellent written, verbal and analytic skills, Self-directed and able to function with ease as part of a team and to effectively collaborate with internal and external resources, Leadership experience, commercial awareness, including Financial management familiarity for project tracking and forecasting, Understanding of contract documents, specifications, project plans, and all other project related documents, Computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and construction project management software, Basic knowledge of construction estimation and the financial components that create payment applications, change orders, and other construction financial documents, Highly motivated self-starter, Ability to multi-task and identify priority activities, Possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and identify priority activities, Availability for on-site work

This position plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance and quality control of multiple construction contractors, overseeing work put in place to ensure industrial processes, materials and products by performing the following duties.
