About the Role We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery for Nscale’s data centre campus in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. This is a site-based leadership role responsible for driving construction from site preparation through commissioning and turnover. You will oversee day-to-day field execution, coordinate contractors and trades, maintain safety and quality standards, and keep the project on schedule and aligned to budget. This role is well suited to a construction leader with deep experience delivering complex infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects in the field. A college degree is not required; we value practical construction leadership, sound judgement, and a proven ability to deliver.
