### **Job Description** ## Overview This role involves coordinating manpower, monitoring progress, and supporting quality checks for successful project delivery. ## Your role ## * Supervise and coordinate all mechanical works at the construction site, including equipment installation, alignment, and testing. * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. * Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization to meet project timelines. * Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. * Liaise with engineers and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and implement design changes. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, punch lists, and assist in material tracking. * Ensure proper handling and installation of mechanical equipment, piping, and related components. * Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. * Support pre-commissioning and testing activities as required. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director. ## About you * Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. * 10 years of relevant experience across Data Centre / Telecom projects. * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment installation * Understanding of modular construction will be an advantage * Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.). * Experience in site coordination and working with multicultural teams. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. * Knowledge of safety regulations and site compliance requirements. * Candidates with less exp will be considered for Construction Manager ## Rewards & benefits ## Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
