What You'll Do.
Oversee construction engineering
Oversee design for FC's
Project manage new Fulfillment Center’s planning
Project manage design
Project manage construction
Project manage extension of existing facilities
Project manage new sites
Analyze facility scenarios
Evaluate facility scenarios
Evaluate build-out designs
Support standardization of technical processes
Support standardization of facility processes
Support standardization of systems
Lead construction scope review
Lead development with internal operational customers
Facilitate engineering efforts
Facilitate design efforts on new projects
Facilitate design efforts on remodel projects
Prepare specifications
Prepare technical analysis
Define design requirements
Define equipment required
Define services required on capacity expansion
Define services required on remodel projects
Oversee execution of ground up shell
Oversee execution of TI
Oversee execution of engineering deployment
Provide technical direction concerning engineering design
Provide technical direction concerning building design
Provide technical direction concerning layouts
Provide technical direction concerning build details
Provide technical direction concerning schedules
Provide technical direction concerning materials
Negotiate contracts with General Contractors
Negotiate contracts with trade contractors
Present formal documentation for approval
Ensure contracts are fit for purpose
