What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline, Minimum of 8 years pf experience in project management for construction or infrastructure projects, with direct responsibility for schedule, cost, and scope control, Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure project, Proficiency in change management, vendor coordination, contract administration, invoicing, and budget tracking within formal project governance frameworks, Demonstrated experience with project documentation, reporting tools, shared trackers, and structured communication with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience working specifically on hyperscale or mission‑critical data center environments, Background supporting GMP contracts, audits, and retention release processes, Exposure to engineering design review and validation of as‑built documentation, familiarity with construction best practices and industry standards for quality and compliance, Ability to produce clear executive‑level status reporting and financial forecasts, Experience driving lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across programs
