Ensure timely project completion

Represent GREF to internal customers
Influence internal and external stakeholders
Ensure decisions are made at appropriate level
Ensure Amazon's priorities remain driving factor
Develop and monitor project budgets
Prepare project forecasts
Manage contract modifications
Review and approve payments
Identify project risks
Mitigate project risks
Ensure compliance with contracts
Ensure compliance with regulations
Monitor safety standards
Monitor safety requirements
Resolve project issues
Hold landlords accountable to lease terms
Ensure premises delivery timing
