What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years estimating experience, Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Knowledge of construction methods, Experience performing quantity takeoffs, Ability to read construction drawings, Experience evaluating subcontractor bids, Experience with Progressive Design-Build, Experience with CM at Risk (CMAR), Experience with Negotiated Contracts, Understanding of project scheduling, Written and verbal communication
Nice to Have
Equivalent experience to degree, Experience with Lease-Leaseback, Experience with Early Contractor Involvement, Experience with Multi-Phase GMP development
