Associate's degree or equivalent in related field with a minimum of 10+ years of heavy industrial/commercial experience, Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, engineering technology, or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of heavy industrial/commercial experience, Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines, including excavations, conventional construction, electrical, mechanical, and building automation
