This role will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and provide strategic financial insight to support business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting leadership experience, preferably within the construction or contracting industry, and is comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ## Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Management -Oversee all general accounting functions including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close -Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements -Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting -Maintain internal controls and support continuous process improvement Billing & AR & AP Oversight -Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness -Monitor accounts receivable and support collections efforts -Supervise accounts payable processes, including vendor payments and expense management -Ensure alignment between contracts, billing, and financial records Payroll & HR Support -Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance -Support basic HR functions such as employee records, onboarding coordination, and benefits administration -Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies Reporting & Compliance -Produce financial r
