What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, 8+ years of experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles, 4+ years of contact center experience, Proven ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely
Nice to Have
AWS Certification, 2+ years of contact center experience, Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings, Experience with sales CRM tools, Experience with third-party contact center applications, Understanding of contact center compliance requirements, Experience with monitoring and analytics tools, Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewall
What You'll Do.
Collaborate with AWS field sales
Help partners and customers build and move to
Design and implement complex
Architect cloud-native contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect
Lead technical and design discussions with IT executives
Help enterprises speed their adoption of new contact
Define and deliver on-site Professional Services engagements
Participate in pre-sales on-site visits
Understand customer requirements
Propose and deliver packaged offerings
Deliver custom solution engagements focused on call center
Provide guidance on people
security and compliance
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on
Lead engagements including short on-site projects proving the
Support new distributed computing solutions
Manage integration and adaptation of existing enterprise call
Set up and configure AWS services in-line with
Coach customers and partner teams to be self-sufficient
Create and apply frameworks
Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring
Collaborate with AWS product teams to share customer
Identify Amazon Connect feature gaps
Publish and present contact center solutions in large
