The Senior Compositing Artist is a 2D/3D compositing expert, capable of handling complex shots while bringing strong artistic and technical value. They often serve as mentors within the team and are a key point of reference for other artists. Production: * Take ownership of complex shots or sequences * Create visually compelling compositions while meeting technical requirements * Anticipate and resolve technical and creative challenges independently * Contribute to the improvement of departmental tools, templates, and workflows * Actively participate in internal reviews and provide constructive input Collaboration: * Guide and support junior and mid-level artists * Communicate effectively with Leads, Supervisors, and other departments * Help ensure visual consistency across shots * Assist in onboarding new artists into the pipeline and studio culture ## Qualifications * Expert knowledge of Nuke, including basic scripting, AOV management, and 2D/3D integration * Ability to handle multiple shots simultaneously under tight deadlines * Motivation to learn, grow, and share expertise * Strong artistic eye for detail, composition, and seamless integration * Ability to propose creative solutions that meet production needs * Solid experience in a structured production environment * Ability to solve technical problems independently * Basic English skills (spoken and written) Nice-to-Have Skills: * Familiarity with scripting (TCL, Python) * Experience
