What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree-educated, Compliance experience gained at an FMC, legal practice, consultancy, or the MAS, Client relationship management experience, MAS regulatory knowledge in the funds sector, Deep understanding of fund management and industry practices, Ability to translate regulation into practical solutions for clients, Microsoft Office skills
Nice to Have
Mandarin proficiency beneficial but not essential, CRM experience preferred, Track record of meeting or exceeding financial consulting experience advantageous
What You'll Do.
Provide regulatory advice across policy drafting
internal/regulatory audits
training preparation and delivery
and responding to client queries.
Manage a portfolio of clients as the main point of contact
ensuring timely responses
and high‑quality deliverables.
Review colleagues’ work and provide constructive feedback where required.
Ensure accurate invoicing and resolve billing queries with internal teams.
Meet billable targets and maintain a pipeline of client work.
Maintain quality and records by following the QA Framework
recording time accurately
and keeping CRM and client files up to date.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on client activities.
Understand client businesses to deliver accurate
Support internal capability building by identifying skills gaps
contributing to internal training
and attending relevant industry training and events.
