About the role: The Senior Compliance and Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing while driving operational excellence across day-to-day functions. This role leads end-to-end payroll administration—including payroll processing, 401(k) plan administration, reconciliations, audits, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations—while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity. In addition to payroll, this role supports and strengthens organizational operations by developing and maintaining systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures that improve efficiency and consistency
