Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline, 5-8 years experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or related HR functions, Understanding of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking methodologies, and employee benefits administration, Experience in workforce planning, headcount management, budgeting, and manpower cost analysis, Familiarity with employment legislation, HR governance, compliance requirements, and audit practices, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Experience using HRIS and reporting tools, Excellent stakeholder management skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Highly organized, Detail-oriented, Capable of managing multiple priorities, Demonstrates professionalism, Demonstrates discretion, Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
