Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field, 3-5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, administration, or program design, Experience/exposure with Workday HCM or similar HRIS platforms, including compensation modules, reporting, and data management
Nice to Have
Experience supporting U. S. and Canadian markets, Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, or statistical tools
What You'll Do.
Support the development, implementation, and governance of compensation programs for employees across the U.
and Canada, Administer annual compensation processes including merit planning, promotions, salary adjustments, and incentive programs, Contribute to the design and administration of short-term incentive plans, bonus programs, and recognition initiatives, Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses, Analyze compensation trends, labor market conditions, and industry practices, Support pay equity analyses and internal equity reviews, Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to analyze compensation data, Prepare compensation models, dashboards, and reports, Ensure data integrity and accuracy across compensation systems and reporting processes, Serve as a key resource for compensation processes within Workday HCM, Ensure compliance with U.
and Canadian compensation regulations, Support internal audits, governance initiatives, and documentation related to compensation policies and practices, Maintain and update compensation guidelines, procedures, and governance documentation, Develop communication materials and training resources, Provide guidance to managers and HR partners on compensation decisions, market positioning, and policy interpretation, Collaborate effectively across regional and global teams, Lead or participate in cross-functional compensation projects and process improvement initiatives.
