Must Have

3–5 years of progressive experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related HR discipline, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data, Knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methods, and pay equity concepts, Ability to partner and effectively communicate with members of the HR team as well as cross-functionally

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business, or a related field., Prior experience maintaining and supporting compensation programs., Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues. Resolve the root cause., Ability to clearly communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently, Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information

What You'll Do.

Deliver analytical and operational support for compensation programs

Lead job analysis using internal equity and external market data

and communicate salary structures

Lead annual compensation survey strategy

Serve as primary owner of job description library

Create and maintain job profiles and configurations

day-to-day compensation support to HR Business Partners

Support workforce changes

Respond to compensation-related inquiries

Support education and change management efforts

Provide hands-on support for design

and administration of compensation programs

Administer annual merit

and market adjustment cycles

Ensure compensation actions are executed accurately

Develop and deliver customized compensation statements

Identify risks and improvement opportunities within salary planning processes

Influence outcomes through advisory skills

How You'll Work.

Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other internal stakeholders; Communicate with members of the HR team; Communicate cross-functionally
