Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Define and design the structure of the ecosystem, including how users, contributors, clients, and partners interact and create shared value. Develop and maintain multi-stakeholder relationship strategies that strengthen trust and engagement across all segments. Identify ecosystem risks, sentiment shifts, and trust gaps early, and implement structured communication strategies to address them. Build and refine community-to-product feedback loops, translating ecosystem insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and product teams. Create rituals, recognition systems, and narrative frameworks that reinforce identity and strengthen ecosystem belonging. Support strategic expansion efforts by evaluating new segments and markets through a community and network lens. Collaborate with leadership to improve ecosystem resilience, reduce fragmentation, and increase long-term stakeholder retention and loyalty. Requirements: 6–10+ years of experience in community management, ecosystem leadership, or network-based roles. Proven experience working with multi-sided platforms such as marketplaces, SaaS ecosystems, or distributed networks. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, including enterprise and grassroots communities. Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of network effects and ecosystem dynamics. Analytical comfort with engagement, retention, and ecosystem health metrics. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at both executive and community levels. Experience translating community insights into strategic or product-level decisions.
