What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, communications, PR, or community management, 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, planning, and execution, 1+ year of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., gaming, entertainment), 1–2 years of experience in the education sector, Experience managing high-volume social media channels for established brands, preferably within gaming or related industries, knowledge of current social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies, Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence without direct authority, copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice, Experience with analytics tools (e.g., native platform analytics, Sprinklr) and performance reporting, Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills, Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, 1+ year of experience specifically within gaming or entertainment environments, Familiarity with educational products, programs, or audiences, Knowledge and experience with a popular sandbox-style game franchise (strongly preferred), Experience supporting large-scale campaigns or product launches, data storytelling skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations, Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging, culturally relevant social content
What You'll Do.
Lead social media planning and execution

Act as a bridge between business goals and creative execution by shaping briefs and guiding content development
Manage day-to-day social operations including: Content calendar planning
Copywriting and publishing
Community engagement and light moderation
Identify and leverage cultural trends
and creator ecosystems to enhance engagement
Create and curate content at scale
including user-generated content (UGC)
and community highlights
Monitor and analyze performance metrics
contributing to reporting and optimizing campaigns based on insights
Support campaign planning tied to major initiatives (e.g.
education-focused marketing efforts
high-quality presence across social platforms
