To lead sourcing strategy, supplier management, and cost optimization across indirect spend categories **What a typical day looks like:** * Support RFQ process, price analysis, and supplier selection for indirect spend categories * Conduct data analysis on spend, pricing trends, and cost drivers * Assist in negotiations and contract execution with selected suppliers * Maintain and monitor supplier performance and delivery compliance * Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, finance) to clarify requirements * Support cost savings, cost avoidance, and inventory optimization initiatives * Analyze and report commodity risks, market trends, and sourcing opportunities * Ensure adherence to procurement policies and processes **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field * 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or materials planning * Experience in data analysis, RFQ handling, and supplier coordination * Knowledge of indirect procurement or manufacturing environment preferred * Strong analytical and numerical skills (cost analysis, pricing comparison) * Proficiency in Excel and procurement/ERP systems **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Medical benefits, dental, vision * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Performance Bonus AL21 AA07 ## ## Job Category Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Opt
