Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field, 6+ years of experience in commercial credit, financial analysis, or business development

What You'll Do.
Drive revenue growth through targeted business development
and manage relationships with large
Focus business development efforts across commercial & industrial
Structure and negotiate loan terms within your authority
Prepare and present comprehensive credit analyses
Present lending recommendations
Conduct ongoing credit reviews
Ensure compliance with internal policies
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor and manage portfolio risk
Maintain accurate risk ratings
Identify portfolio issues proactively
Represent the bank in the community
Build brand awareness
Strengthen local partnerships
Mentor less experienced relationship managers
Coach less experienced relationship managers
Support team development
