Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Maritime, Economics, Logistics or related disciplines, Minimum 5+ years of operational experience in managing cargo shipments

Nice to Have

2+ years of experience in pressurized and refrigerated LPG operations, cargo and ship operations, Experience from trading operations from an oil company, trading house or shipping is an advantage, Familiar with using IT technology and IMOS voyage system is an advantage, Mandarin is an advantage

What You'll Do.

Manage and optimize the transportation of LPG (pressurized and refrigerated cargoes) in the energy portfolio

ensuring efficient flow assurance and optimization

schedule and optimize the transport of LPG products

ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions

in close co-ordination with the LPG trading desk

Analyse tankage inventories

storage capacity and ensure product availability

Coordinate with shippers and transport system operators to manage scheduling changes and ensure smooth operations

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to energy transportation and flow assurance

Responsible for correct

timely updates of relevant operational and reporting systems

The organisation plays a central role in flow assurance, trading support and shipping operations, while also driving continuous improvement and digital transformation. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing the waterborne transportation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas - LPG, in close collaboration with our traders, charterers and other operational units. This includes supply scheduling logistics, analysis of tankage inventories, communication with shippers, agents, inspection companies, counterparties, and other internal and external stakeholders. We perform our operations in a dynamic, global set-up with operational teams in Norway, Singapore, UK and US. You are utilizing your operational knowledge to independently solve complex tasks with a short-term operational or tactical impact/risk. You deliver on tasks with significant impacts on team objectives. You independently communicate within the immediate team incl. traders, across different areas, and towards key stakeholders, including partners or external parties.
