What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, Several years of professional experience in Commercial Strategy, Pricing, or in a management/strategy consulting role, Demonstrable experience in building or further developing subscription or recurring revenue business models, Strong analytical and conceptual skills – data-driven thinking and solution-oriented action, Excellent communication and project management skills, Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, Enjoy thinking entrepreneurially, taking responsibility, and driving things forward
What You'll Do.
End-to-end responsibility for strategic planning
and further development of commercial products
Shaping sustainable business models with a focus on subscription strategies
and go-to-market excellence
Developing and managing business cases for new or existing commercial products
Connecting customer needs
and competitor analyses into future-oriented commercial solutions
Defining and optimizing commercial models – especially subscription and recurring revenue models
Shaping contract structures and pricing frameworks and setting clear standards for price and discount strategies
Responsibility for revenue and margin targets
analyzing performance
and deriving data-based recommendations
Developing pricing tools
and reports to support sales decisions
Ensuring clear product positioning and convincing market communication – from pitch to presentation
Developing strategic pricing concepts – e.g.
for partner contracts
or association cooperations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working at the interface between Business, Product & Tech; Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product & Tech to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy
