In this role you will get to **manage all contract activity for a project of significant size, and represent the Company in negotiations of the most-complex contractual issues.** **What You 'll Be Doing:** * Provide strategic direction and leadership for all commercial & contract management activities across the project. * Develop and implement commercial & contract management strategies to achieve project objectives, output deliverables in a timely manner, and maximize value. * Review Contractor's and Client's Change requests, develop and manage all of the relevant change management documentation up to finalizing EI’s and VO’s. * Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including managing claims, variations, and disputes. * Provide expert advice on contract interpretation and risk mitigation strategies. * Lead the development and management of project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals. * Monitor project costs and implement robust cost control measures to prevent overruns. * Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis for senior management and stakeholders. * Coordinate with procurement team and ensure the activities align with project requirements and organizational policies. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure optimal performance. * Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. * Develop contingency plans to addr
