Your Impact As Senior Commercial Manager, India based in our HQ in Mumbai, you will report to the Commercial Director, India & Middle East and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways: You will provide commercial leadership, guidance and advice to support the delivery teams in all aspects of commercial and contract issues across the entire lifecycle of our data centre developments You will negotiate complex contracts, both domestically and internationally, including the development and management of all contractual documentation You will lead the commercial development reporting and administration function for the region, ensuring a high level of governance and accuracy to stakeholders What you’ll do Support management team with procurement and contract strategies for existing and new hyperscale developments in India Lead customer contracts review during pre-flight and develop risk management strategy to manage any upstream/downstream gaps Lead contract, cost and claims management and strategy across all in flight projects, partnering with the development team to resolve all day-to-day matter
