What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-6 years of experience in a high-intensity analytical environment, FP&A and commercial finance foundation with experience supporting business performance through financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis, Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets
Nice to Have
Backgrounds in Investment Banking, high-growth companies or similar are highly valued, Experience within D2C, B2C, consumer, subscription, or high-growth commercial environments is strongly preferred, Proficiency (or a desire to learn) SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau) is essential, AI Native: You are proactive in using AI tools to enhance your productivity, from automating spreadsheet workflows to synthesizing large data sets
What You'll Do.
Analyze the marginal return on spend across multi-channel funnels
Maintain and scale complex
driver-based financial models
Bridge the gap between high-level P&L targets and granular operational data
Integrate AI and automation to accelerate reporting cycles and predictive forecasting
Deconstruct LTV/CAC ratios
and cohort retention profiles to advise on capital allocation
Work closely with the Data team to ensure our 'Source of Truth' is robust
Build 'stress-test' models to evaluate the impact of supply chain shifts
and new market entry variables
Act as a financial co-pilot for the Marketing and Operations teams
translating their roadmaps into headcount plans and Opex budgets

Team & Collaboration
Act as a financial co-pilot for the Marketing and Operations teams; Work closely with the Data team
Communication Scope
Ability to turn a sea of data into a 3-bullet-point executive summary that drives action; Discuss brand strategy with a GM and SQL joins with a Data Engineer in the same hour
