Must Have
Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing, 3+ years of experience contributing to an in-house legal team in a capacity beyond commercial contracting, 5+ years of experience managing commercial contract deliverables, 8+ years of experience, with scope and judgment aligned to senior or Head of Legal-level work, Experience contributing to an in-house legal team in specialties beyond commercial contracting, Demonstrated ability to both advise strategically and execute directly, including hands-on contract negotiation, Experience leading complex commercial deals with enterprise customers and financial institutions, Working knowledge of financial services, consumer protection, and data/privacy regulations, In-house experience in a high-growth or early-stage environment, with judgment, prioritization, and communication skills, A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do
