Title: Senior Commercial Construction Estimator Type: Full-Time, Remote (LATAM) Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9:00am - 5:00pm CST Location: LATAM (Remote) Compensation: USD $1,500 - $3,000/month About the Company Our client is a commercial construction company based in Texas specializing in ground-up construction, medical facilities, retail rebranding, apartment complexes, data centers, and public infrastructure projects. They work with national clients including Microsoft and major healthcare systems, with projects spanning across the United States from the Pacific Northwest to the Northeast.   Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team as a dedicated, full-time estimator working within our client's existing systems and workflows. This is a critical role where you will own the complete bid lifecycle and serve as a direct point of contact with major national clients and general contractors. Your accuracy, responsiveness, and relationship-building skills directly impact bid profitability and project success. You will work closely with ownership and play a key role in the company's ability to scale operations and pursue new work.   Responsibilities - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from commercial construction drawings using Xactimate, with expertise in reading and interpreting commercial plan sets - Conduct thorough plan reviews and specification analysis to identify missing information, clarifications, and scope questions before bid submission - Manage the complete bid solicitation and submission process — from plan receipt through final bid delivery, including vendor and subcontractor pricing coordination - Serve as the primary estimator contact for clients, engaging directly with national contractors and facility managers to clarify scope, answer technical questions, and support the sales process - Track active bid invitations, manage the estimating pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams on
