Must Have
2+ years financial analysis experience
Nice to Have
Chartered Accountant or equivalent, Bachelor's degree (Commerce Mandatory), Knowledge of accounting and finance, Knowledge of Industry analysis, Knowledge of Internal and external risk factors, Experience assessing credit worthiness, Knowledge of preparation and analysis of projected financial statements, Knowledge of Proforma based financial statements, Sound knowledge of ratio analysis, Sound knowledge of cash flow, Sound knowledge of trend analysis, Experience of Financial spreading, Knowledge on GAAP Accounting, Knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards, Ability to read & analyze financial statements, Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Analytical skills, Stakeholders/Client management, Ability to multi-task, Attention to detail, Ability to work quickly & accurately, Ability to recognize and escalate to management, Flexibility to work in different shifts, Ability to succeed in a team environment, Understanding and Application of AI Tools, Critical Thinking for AI outputs, Responsible AI Use awareness, Adaptability and Continuous Learning in AI
What You'll Do.
Review complex credit information of loans
Provide support to Portfolio Management team
Assist in credit approval process
Perform complex credit investigations
Direct less experienced individuals
Interact with team for process review
Spread financials in MRA tool
Analyze financial statements
Identify trend and provide financial commentaries
Prepare projected financial statements
Complete Pro forma adjustments
Interpret and spread financials of different companies
Assess repayment capacity of borrowers
Substantiate financial analysis with reasons
Switch roles between Processors/DSO/QC
Take additional responsibilities
Ensure smooth execution
Facilitate communication to resolve problems
Contribute toward achieving team goals
Increase productivity
Leverage AI platforms for tasks
Summarize information using AI
Draft content using AI
Analyze data using AI
Make informed business decisions
