**Senior Commercial Operations Analyst** **Position Summary:** * **Work Schedule: **Monday – Friday 1st shift hours * **Location: **Bridgewater, New Jersey corporate office Catalent is a global CDMO and trusted partner for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and consumer health companies, helping accelerate the development and delivery of critical therapies worldwide. Bridgewater, New Jersey serves as a key commercial hub within Catalent’s global organization, supporting strategic collaboration across Business Development, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Executive Leadership. The **Senior Commercial Analyst **drives end-to-end commercial performance analytics across the sales funnel, delivering insights that improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, conversion performance, and executive decision-making for the Clinical Supply Services business unit. **The Role:** * Lead end-to-end commercial performance reporting across the global sales funnel, providing visibility into pipeline progression, conversion trends, backlog pacing, and revenue impact. * Build and maintain forecasting models that support quarterly and annual revenue planning, using commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. * Partner closely with Finance, Business Development, and Commercial Operations leadership to translate complex data into executive-ready insights and actionable business recommendations. * Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analytics that improve data visibility, reporting accuracy, and leadership decision-making across the global Clinical Supply Services network. * Drive continuous improvement in commercial analytics processes, helping establish a more unified and reliable view of commercial performance across segments. * Other duties as assigned. **The Candidate:** * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, revenue operations,
